Order cancellation/return and exchange/refund

• Order Cancellation

  If you cancel your order shortly after purchase, you will receive a full refund.

  If the order cannot be cancelled because the seller is processing it, cancellation depends on the seller's policy. If the seller refuses, cancellation will not be allowed.

  Order cancellations due to a change of mind are subject to a processing fee, which will be calculated as a percentage of the fixed cost or payment per case.

  Your order can be cancelled after purchase at the seller's discretion, depending on their circumstances.

• Returns & Exchanges

  Returns and exchanges are subject to the seller's return and exchange policy.

  Returns due to a change of mind are subject to processing fees, calculated as a percentage of the fixed cost or payment per case.

  If the seller refuses the return, it cannot be returned.

  If you request a return or exchange, you must contact the distribution center within 48 business days after the product arrives.

  Restocking fees may be incurred depending on the seller's return and exchange policy.

  In the event that a return is processed, customers will be responisble for all transit fees that incur including overseas shipping and domestic shipping.

  For returns due to misdelivery or product damage, contact our customer service center immediately. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.

Precautions for International Shipping

• Some items may be restricted due to customs regulations in Korea and other countries. Please check the customs rules on the relevant country's website before shipping.

  You will be responsible for fees related to delays or returns resulting from customs clearance issues.

• Prohibited and Restricted Items

  Flammable substances: batteries, perfumes, aerosol sprays, paints, etc

  Food items: all food items (snacks, ramen, etc.) may be restricted in some countries.

  Health functional supplements such as vitamins may be limited in quantity and ingredients by country.

  Luxury goods: precious metals, jewelry, art, expensive watches, etc

  Financial products: cash, credit cards, securities

• If a restricted item is received at the distribution center, the following processing methods may be applied

  When returns are possible: returns will be subject to return fees and shipping charges

  Disposal at distribution center: disposal fees may occur
